A leading Premier League club asked Kroll, a division of Duff & Phelps to uncover who was behind a string of leaks of sensitive information to an anonymous football blog.
After analyzing who within the football club had access to this information, we reviewed internal email records and online activities of these individuals. In parallel, we mapped their external connections to the individuals suspected of being behind the football blog by reviewing open source records and social media.
At the end of this work, we identified the individuals behind the leaks from within the club and behind the football blog.
