Alan Booth Joins Kroll to Head Agency and Trustee Services Practice

London – Kroll, the leading independent provider of global risk and financial advisory solutions, has appointed Alan Booth as managing director and Head of its Agency and Trustee Services practice.

Kroll’s Agency and Trustee Services practice is a market leader in providing conflict free, flexible and highly efficient agency and trustee services to the global loan and bond markets. Booth, who is based in London, brings two decades of expertise in the financial services industry, is a qualified English Solicitor and a licensed attorney with the New York State Bar. His career has been marked by significant leadership experience at Ocorian and Deutsche Bank, and his extensive background encompasses expertise in corporate trust and agency, corporate services and fund administration.

The founders, Emma Foster (nee Hamley), John Traynor and Paul Barton, remain an integral part of our leadership team and will work closely with Booth as he transitions into his new role.
