Alan Booth

With more than 20 years of experience across legal and financial services, Alan leads the strategic direction, growth and operational execution of Kroll’s Agency and Trustee Services platform globally. He oversees a multi-jurisdictional team delivering agency and trustee solutions across complex capital markets, structured finance and private credit transactions.

Alan works closely with banks, private credit funds, sponsors and corporates on cross-border financings, restructuring mandates and bespoke agency structures. Under his leadership, the platform continues to scale in capability, geographic reach and client depth.

He is a qualified English solicitor and licensed attorney with the New York State Bar.

Alan holds an LLB from the National University of Ireland, Galway. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree (LLM) in commercial and corporate law from University College London.
