Alan has over 18 years of experience in legal and financial services. He is a qualified English solicitor and a licensed attorney with the New York State Bar.
Prior to joining Kroll, Alan was the Global Head of Capital Markets at Ocorian, a global fiduciary and corporate services provider. Throughout his tenure at Ocorian, Alan oversaw significant growth in both the UK business and the Capital Markets service line through both strong organic growth and several acquisitions.
Alan started his career by spending three years in private practice at a boutique law firm associated with Rathbones in Jersey Channel Islands. He then moved to Deutsche Bank in 2009, where he held several roles in both the Corporate Services division and Deutsche’s Trust and Agency Services.
Alan holds an LLB from the National University of Ireland, Galway. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree (LLM) in commercial and corporate law from University College London.
