Shamick Bindra is the Chief Operating Officer of Kroll Business Services.
In this capacity, he oversees the global operations for the business unit, which includes Restructuring Administration, Settlement Administration, Issuer Services, Agency and Trustee Services, and Notice Media Solutions. Shamick leverages over 20 years of experience.
Prior to joining Kroll, Shamick worked at KCC, a claims and noticing agent, as the director of application development. Prior to KCC, he was a software developer at Chevron, designing and developing software for internal business applications.
Shamick graduated from UC Santa Cruz School of Engineering with a B.S. in Computer Science.
