Qingjing leverages over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including three years of assisting experts on major construction projects spanning areas like delay management, programming, productivity and project management across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, largely in the energy, oil and gas sectors.
Prior to joining Kroll, Qingjing was a Project Engineer delivering projects in the Norwegian Sea, the North Sea, the Gulf of Mexico, the South China Sea, the west Mediterranean to the North Alexandria, the Republic of Congo, the Republic of Angola and the offshore coast of West Africa, in oil and gas sector. Her technical and contractual knowledge as well as her experience in procurement have wider applications. Moreover, her industry experiences cover the whole project lifecycle including concept selection, FEED and detailed design, package management, supply chain management, fabrication/construction site supervising and structural integrity inspections/assessments.
Qingjing received a master’s degree in structural engineering, a master’s degree in the management of engineering projects and a master’s degree in the construction law and dispute resolution from King’s College London. She is also proficient in English and Mandarin.
