Prior to focusing on engagements within a litigation context, John performed valuation and other corporate finance-related analyses for transaction advisory, strategic planning, financial reporting and tax restructuring purposes as a member of Kroll’s (formerly Duff & Phelps) Valuation Advisory Services group.
John has advised clients on numerous topics including valuation, solvency and economic damages. He also frequently consults on cases involving complex fraud investigations. John has analyzed numerous transactions, investments and businesses, including assessing their historical and forecasted performance for purposes of valuation, solvency analysis, damages, dispute resolution and other purposes.
John has authored articles that were featured in publications such as the American Society of Appraisers’ Business Valuation Review and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts’ Valuation Examiner.
John holds a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds the Accredited in Business Valuation designation as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
