Francesca is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over nine years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in forensic delay analysis for programming and delay matters for a wide range of projects, including major infrastructure, residential and commercial developments, and MEP services. She has been involved in both international arbitrations and adjudications.
Prior to joining Kroll, Francesca was a Senior Consultant at Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020. Before that, she worked as an engineer on major infrastructure projects both in the UK and abroad, where she gained in-depth experience working across the project lifecycle, from early design to construction delivery.
Francesca has overseen and coordinated site work as a Contractor as well as provided onsite support as a Design Subcontractor for some major underground works in the UK. Her commercial and contractual responsibilities have also given her a range of experience in both budget and change management.
Francesca holds an M.Eng. in civil engineering from Imperial College London. She is also a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
