Brent R. Tomlinson is a managing director and head of Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions at Kroll, leading the global strategy and corporate development activities for the firm.
Brent joined the firm as part of Duff & Phelps’ acquisition of Prime Clerk in 2019 and most recently led strategy and growth for Kroll’s Business Services business unit. Duff & Phelps rebranded to Kroll in 2021. Prior to that, Brent was Chief Strategy Office at Prime Clerk, where he led the development, execution and implementation of growth strategies.
Before joining Prime Clerk, Brent was a Principal at Centerview Partners, a leading investment banking and advisory firm. Brent began his career as an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP where he focused on M&A and securities transactions and subsequently worked at Latham & Watkins LLP as an associate focused on M&A.
Brent graduated from Georgetown University and holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
