In this role, he is responsible for managing existing energy client relationships and expanding the team’s global outreach through the execution of consistent and high-quality engagements. Antony has over 30 years of experience in the valuation of machinery and equipment and industrial and commercial property.

He has worked in 90 countries to date, and while Antony’s focus has been the oil, gas & energy sectors, he has expertise in several other industries too. He has undertaken plant and machinery valuations for many purposes, including insurance and financial, asset register reconciliation and compilation, asset bar coding, war damage and fire/explosion damage claims, sale purposes, insolvency and auctions.

Prior to joining Kroll, Antony was Managing Director and shareholder at London-headquartered Appraisal & Valuation Consultants Ltd, which was acquired by Kroll in 2022. In this role, he was responsible for operations, planning, business development and marketing, client relations, and managing and carrying out valuations. His team provided a range of valuation services to clients all around the world.

Antony has valuation experience in the refineries, petrochemical, fertilizer and chemical facilities; liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities; gas processing; onshore and offshore production; offshore processing; drilling rigs; oil and gas depots/terminals; power stations (coal, gas, diesel, hydro); and electrical transmission and distribution. In addition, he has expertise across other industries, including laboratories, hotels and buildings (commercial spaces, residential and leisure).

He holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in process technology and management from London South Bank University. He is a member of The Association of Cost Engineers and a member of The Energy Institute, as well as an affiliate member of The Institution of Chemical Engineers.
