Vistra’s acquisition of the Kroll Manco aligns with its strategic vision to enhance its end-to-end service proposition for private capital asset managers and allocators. Together, the Vistra and Kroll teams will manage more asset classes by combining alternative and UCITS strategies, helping to drive our clients’ strategic growth aspirations.

The Kroll Manco will be rebranded to Vistra at a later date.
