Prior to joining Kroll, Mark worked on the Advisory Service team at Grant Thornton for 12 years, focusing on lender assistance and pre-lend due diligence. He has either led or been involved in insolvency and advisory assignments for a wide range of bank and asset-based lending (ABL) clients including the clearing banks and independent ABLs.
Mark has expertise across a number of sectors including automotive, retail, travel and leisure, manufacturing and transport and logistics. Additionally, he provides acquisition support for purchasers of stressed and distressed assets including due diligence, transactional support, deal negotiation and post-acquisition integration services.
Mark is a qualified appointment-taking Insolvency Practitioner. He also spent nine months on secondment in the corporate client management team of a major U.S. ABL.
