The product expertise includes private equity and debt, commercial real estate, warrants, distressed securities, intellectual property loans, derivatives and other complex transactions.
Prior to joining Kroll, Irina headed up Valuation Group at Jefferies and managed the valuation function across all products traded out of New York. Before this, Irina worked at Royal Bank of Canada and spearheaded structured assets and exotic derivative valuation. She developed new valuation methodologies for esoteric assets. She also successfully presented the valuation analysis in front of the regulators.
Before this, Irina worked with Morgan Stanley. She built valuation models from scratch and performed deep-dive analysis across illiquid securities. She subsequently led Morgan Stanley’s EU Principal Finance and Securitized Assets Valuation. She designed and set up best-in-class valuation policies, methodologies and procedures for esoteric instruments and principal investments.
Irina received her M.B.A. in Universiteit Nyenrode in the Netherlands.
