She leverages more than ten years of experience in international markets, managing a number of high-profile insolvency and restructuring engagements across a number of jurisdictions, including the British Virgin Islands, Ireland, Channel Islands, the United Kingdom, Latvia, the U.S., Hong Kong, PRC, India, Republic of Congo and South Africa. Her insolvency experience has spanned a range of industries including financial services, mining, integrated network infrastructure, digital media software and solutions, property and hospitality. Elaine has dealt with cross-border asset recoveries involving cross-border litigation, complex investigations, forensic accounting, asset tracing and recovery. 

Prior to joining Kroll Advisory (BVI) Limited, Elaine worked for a Big Four corporate insolvency team in the British Virgin Islands and one of the leading independent advisory firms in Ireland.

Elaine received a B.A. in accounting and finance and a B.A. in law and taxation from Limerick Institute of Technology. Elaine holds the coveted BVI Insolvency License issued by the BVI Financial Services Commission. She is a fellow in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association (RISA) and the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA).
