Melissa brings nearly three decades of high-level expertise to her role. With a core focus on Kroll’s loan product in the U.S., she is responsible for driving growth and delivering sophisticated agency and administrative solutions to the global loan market.

Prior to joining Kroll, Melissa spent 27 years at Deutsche Bank in New York, specializing in syndicated bank loans, project finance and loan agency operations. Her deep technical mastery of loan systems and experience managing multibillion-dollar loan portfolios have made her a leading authority on the intricacies of the loan lifecycle.

At Kroll, Melissa leverages her institutional knowledge to expand the firm’s presence across private credit funds, banks and direct lending institutions. She is dedicated to evolving Kroll’s infrastructure to provide comprehensive loan servicing for borrowers and lenders, ensuring the Trust and Agency Services Practice delivers scalable, tech-forward solutions required in today’s complex financial landscape.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Pace University and an MBA from Long Island University. Based in New York, she is a specialist in the evolution of loan agency products and a trusted partner to global institutional lenders and debt funds.
