With more than two decades of experience in the arena of legal notice, Carla’s long history of exemplary client service fosters and supports client relationships early on, providing invaluable insights into key strategic decisions. She is responsible for the design and implementation of innovative and cost-effective legal notification programs and plain language legal notice documents. Her legal notification programs effectively reach class members with notice documents clearly and concisely addressing the challenges of communicating complex legal information to class members in a manner that they can understand. Her expertise includes all aspects of media research, planning and buying, as well as the design and production of a wide range of infinitely varied individual, digital, published and broadcast notices. Carla’s notice plans are tailored to satisfy due process requirements, as well as ensure class member clarity and involvement. She leads a team committed to ensuring that notices satisfy the plain language requirements of Rule 23 and conform with the guidelines set forth in the Manual for Complex Litigation, Fourth and by the Federal Judicial Center (FJC), as well as applicable state laws and emerging trends. She has successfully provided notice in both U.S. and international markets, including communications in more than 35 languages.

Carla has presented on and written numerous articles about class notification programs, the design of effective notice documents as well as industry trends and innovations.

Carla is a certified professional in social media marketing, digital fundamentals, digital sales and Google ads fundamentals. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from West Chester University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Temple University.
