Kroll’s Agency and Trustee Services extends into Asia Pacific

New York, NY – Kroll, the leading independent provider of global financial and risk advisory solutions, today announced it has successfully completed the acquisition of Madison Pacific, a premier specialist in corporate trust and agency services headquartered in Hong Kong. This acquisition establishes Kroll’s Agency and Trustee Services practice in Asia Pacific, complementing its extensive European and U.S. service.

This acquisition enables Kroll to meet client demand in the Asia Pacific region by delivering its full suite of services across the capital structure. The combination of Kroll’s global platform with Madison Pacific’s market-leading regional presence in Hong Kong and Singapore will provide clients with seamless, cross-border and domestic solutions, including the administration of private credit, syndicated loans, debt capital markets transactions and complex debt restructurings.
