Kroll Investment Banking Advised the Business Growth Fund (BGF) and Additional Shareholders on the Sale of Victorian Sliders to Inwido AB

In December 2025, the shareholders, including Business Growth Fund (“BGF”), announced the sale of Victorian House Window Group Ltd (“Victorian Sliders”), a leading uPVC sliding sash window manufacturer based in South Wales, to Inwido AB (“Inwido”), a Swedish headquartered, major pan-European windows and doors group.

Kroll served as the exclusive sell-side adviser to the shareholders of Victorian Sliders in connection with the sale, providing M&A advisory services.
