Ed Fryer

Ed advises clients across a range of industrial sectors, with experience in aerospace and defense, industrial automation, and building materials. He has supported transactions for private equity‑backed, founder‑owned, and corporate businesses, executing deals with an aggregate enterprise value in excess of £750 million. His experience spans UK, European, and cross‑border transactions, leveraging Kroll’s global M&A platform and international network while working closely with management teams and investors to deliver complex, multi‑jurisdictional M&A processes.

Prior to joining Kroll, Ed worked at PwC in Dubai and Deloitte in the UK. He has over seven years of corporate finance experience and has advised on a wide range of buy‑side and sell‑side M&A transactions, including within Kroll’s Restructuring Advisory practice, where he supported accelerated processes and the sale of multiple businesses out of administration. Ed is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
