In March 2026, UK-based Rotork plc (“Rotork”) (LSE: ROR), a market leading global provider of mission critical flow control and instrumentation solutions, divested two non-core businesses to Dacke Industri. With operations in Wolverhampton, UK, and Bergamo, Italy, the businesses manufacture high quality solenoid valves, piston valves and instrumentation for demanding industrial applications under the Midland ACS, Alcon and M&M International brands.

Kroll’s Investment Banking practice advised Rotork plc in connection with this transaction while the Transaction Advisory Services practice provided financial due diligence and carve-out advice.

“The Kroll team played a crucial role in the process to deliver this transaction. The seamless collaboration between the M&A team and the financial and operational diligence specialists enabled us to address complex carve out challenges and was instrumental in achieving a successful outcome.”

Andy Filkins, Global Head of Business Development, Rotork plc
