Mathis Ebeling is a Director in the Corporate Finance practice, based in Munich. Mathis leverages more than seven years of M&A and corporate finance experience in assisting publicly traded, private equity-sponsored and founder-owned businesses.

Mathis’ sector expertise is focused on companies in the (industrial) technology space. He has extensive experience in complex, cross-border M&A transactions, including several sell-side mandates for non-core divestments of blue-chip clients across Europe.

Prior to joining Kroll, Mathis was part of the M&A/investment teams at SEB Enskilda in Frankfurt and Bertelsmann India Investments in New Delhi, where he gained experience working on several M&A and venture capital projects.

Mathis holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Jena. Further, he studied at the Indian Institute of Management - Ahmedabad.
