On May 15, 2023, Furlani’s Foods Holding Corporation (“Furlani” or the “Company”) was acquired by Entrepreneurial Equity Partners ("E2P" or the “Buyer”).

The Consumer Investment Banking and Private Capital Markets practices of Kroll served as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Furlani and provided capital structure and sell-side M&A advisory services in connection with the transaction.
