On November 21st, 2025, Caribbean Appetizers, based in Honduras, was acquired by Tropic Group LLC. This acquisition is Tropic Group’s first portfolio company. Caribbean Appetizers will serve as the foundation for Tropic Group’s strategy to build a top-tier food manufacturing platform serving the U.S. market.
