Prior to joining Kroll, Jon was a managing director at Tully & Holland, a boutique M&A firm focused on consumer businesses. Before that, Jon was a managing director at Barclays where he was Head of Hong Kong Investment Banking and Chairman of Global Finance, Asia Pacific. Jon also worked as a managing director at Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and Rockefeller & Co. Jon began his career in the investment banking training program at Alex Brown & Sons in Baltimore, after which went to UBS where he held positions in corporate finance in New York, Singapore, Hong Kong and Stamford, CT.
At Kroll, Jon advises consumer products companies seeking mergers, sales, divestitures and financing, with a particular focus on clients in the food and beverage, e-commerce and branded consumer products sectors. Jon also leads the origination of corporate finance business in the New England region and supports Kroll broader business initiatives in Asia.
Jon has represented a broad range of U.S. and international clients on sell-side, buy-side and capital raising transactions within the food and beverage, e-commerce and packaging sectors. He has also advised and worked with companies across other industry sectors including technology, financial institutions, industrials, energy and public sector.
Jon received a B.A. from Harvard University. He holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
