He has worked on projects across the globe covering the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and North and South America.

He has worked on projects across the globe covering the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and North and South America.
Prior to joining Kroll, Stuart was a director at Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
Stuart has represented employers and contractors on quantum issues in litigation, arbitration and adjudication. He has been appointed as an independent quantum expert on numerous occasions and as an expert advisor on claims. He has also been jointly appointed to provide expert determination of quantum disputes.
Stuart has significant experience in the infrastructure and natural resources sectors where he has been involved in many high-value disputes in arbitration and litigation involving delay, disruption and termination quantum issues.
Stuart has experienced a wide range of different heads of claim across many suites of standard forms of contract including JCT, NEC and FIDIC together with experience of bespoke contracts for major projects in the infrastructure and natural resources sectors.
