Scott Boswell is a Vice President in the Issuer Services practice, based in London.
With over 16 years of experience within the Liability Management agency arena, Scott has executed more than 500 transactions. He has worked on a wide range of Liability Management deal structures within a variety of jurisdictions, including tender offers, consent solicitations, exchange offers, Dutch auctions, warrant exercises and other innovative bespoke structures.
Since joining Kroll, Scott has worked on transactions for Banco Santander, Leeds Building Society, and Eurobank.
Prior to joining Kroll, Scott co-founded Idexis Limited, a boutique provider of liability management support services. He previously served as Vice President on Citi’s Issuer Services team, where he supported liability management transactions and product development. Scott was also an Associate for Deutsche Bank handling liability management and corporate and sovereign debt restructuring.
Scott holds a B.A. in business studies from the University of Plymouth.
