Prior to joining Kroll, Robert served as a senior manager at Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020. Before that he worked for designers, project managers and contractors on major projects throughout feasibility, design, procurement and construction stages. His experience covers structural and geotechnical disciplines, and is across a range of works including buildings, tunnels, shafts, underground stations, substructures, piled retaining structures, earthworks and highways.
Robert has prepared expert reports concerning programming and delay matters for major international projects across a range of sectors. He has also prepared written submissions on delay in respect of extension of time claims pursuant to the contract.
Robert received an MEng in civil engineering from the University of Southampton and an MSc in construction law and dispute resolution from King’s College London. He also holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University Law School. He is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
