Randall (Randy) Burkholder is a managing director and head of the Settlement Administration practice. He is based in New York.

With more than 18 years of legal process outsourcing experience, Randy brings hands-on knowledge of legal software solutions, professional services, consultative sales and executive management, along with an extensive track record of expanding service offerings, top line revenue and overall profitability. Prior to joining Kroll, Randy was an executive at Epiq. There, he was responsible for all revenue generated by a team of vice presidents, directors, inside sales, marketing and research professionals who provided consultative guidance on all aspects of class action notice and administration, mass tort lien resolution, complex settlement administration, medical monitoring and consulting, data breach incident response, regulatory remediation, and government redress.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Maryland, College Park and an MBA from Columbia University.
