Michela Morelli is a director in the Valuation Advisory practice in Kroll London office and she also supports the Italian Valuation Advisory team.
Michela joined Kroll in February 2008. She has 20 years of valuation and advisory experience having previously worked at EY in both Italy and France. She has significant experience performing business plan assignments and valuations of business enterprises and intangible assets. These valuations have been for the purpose of assisting clients in tax and financial planning and reporting, transaction advisory support and strategic planning. Michela has also performed a large number of management incentive scheme valuations for both accounting (IFRS 2) and tax (UK) purposes.
She has additionally been involved in portfolio valuations for PE firms based in the UK and Italy, including investments in the fashion, insurance/brokerage and technology sectors.
Michela is fluent in Italian, English and French. She holds a master’s degree in financial markets from University L. Bocconi.
