Over the last 10 years he has specialized in dispute resolution in quantum and has worked on a wide variety of projects spanning the commercial, education, health, residential, telecommunications and transportation sectors.
Prior to joining Kroll, Mark was a director at Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
Mark has assisted with the preparation of expert reports on several large international disputes and has experience in the preparation and defence of a wide range of claims, representing both referring and responding parties in various forms of dispute resolution. He has experience of a wide range of contractual matters, including certification, loss and expense, notification issues, payment, termination, variation entitlement and valuation under various forms of contract.
Mark holds a M.S. in construction law and dispute resolution from King’s College London. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building.
