Marc has over 14 years of experience in leading transactions in the EMEA region as well as internationally, covering the complete deal life cycle. He has a special focus on Tech/IT in the deal context.
He has good operational knowledge in the automotive and TMT sector through C-level consulting in numerous due diligence and transformation projects.
Before joining Kroll, Marc had several years of experience as Equity Partner at EIGHT ADVISORY, Senior Manager at KPMG and Ernst & Young in the area of Operational Transaction Services, leading teams in Germany and abroad as well as training employees in India, in strategy and IT due diligence as Global Champion.
He also worked as CEO and business owner until July 2011 and continued as shareholder, consulting diverse companies in the areas of Corporate Finance, IPOs, Investor Relations and Business Development.
Marc holds an executive MBA from the ESSEC and Mannheim Business School as well as a graduate diploma from the Business and Information Technology School in Iserlohn, both with honors.
His mother tongue is German. He is proficient in English and speaks Spanish on a basic level.
