Jordan Ladbrooke is a Director in the Expert Services practice, based in London.

Jordan has nine years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on complex infrastructure and marine projects, including ports, bridges, highways, railway stations, water treatment works and flood defence schemes.

Prior to joining Kroll, Jordan worked as a Commercial Lead for large, international contractors, where he was responsible for delivering post-contract commercial management duties, including procurement, cost planning, cost and value management, change management, project financial reporting, contract administration and risk management. With his project-based experience, Jordan is able to understand the nuanced complexities and challenges that clients face in their disputes.

Jordan has assisted appointed quantum experts in the preparation of expert reports in several large disputes in international arbitrations, including the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). He is also experienced in various contractual matters relating to termination, extensions of time, acceleration, disruption, loss and expense claims, and valuation of the works.

Jordan holds an M.Sc. in quantity surveying and commercial management from Liverpool John Moores University. He is also a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) and a Civil Engineering Surveyor (MCInstCES).
