James (Jim) Daloia is a senior director in the Restructuring Administration and Issuer Services practices, based in New York. Jim has over 15 years of experience and specializes in noticing and balloting holders of domestic and international public securities, as well as non-securities claims and bank debt.

Jim has extensive experience with out-of-court restructurings, prepackaged and traditional chapter 11 plan solicitations, and related plan distributions, treatment elections, subscriptions and exchange offers. Throughout his career, Jim has cultivated meaningful relationships with the major banks, brokerage firms, agents, nominees and depositories (including DTC, Euroclear and Clearstream, among others). By utilizing his experience and relationships, Jim provides innovative and efficient solutions to address our clients’ the complex needs of clients.

Prior to joining Kroll, Jim was the Manager of Solicitation Operations at Epiq Systems, where he managed some of the largest and most complex restructurings and distributions including Lehman Brothers, Lehman Brothers Securities, NV, CIT, Chrysler, Motors Liquidation (f/k/a GM), Dynegy, Hawker Beechcraft, Tribune, NAPCUS, Lyondell Chemical, Hayes Lemmerz, Reader’s Digest, Dex One and Supermedia.

Jim graduated from Siena College and holds a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.
