Prior to joining Kroll, Ian served as a senior manager a Blackrock Expert Services, which was acquired by Kroll in 2020.
Ian specializes in programming and delay matters and has experience in both international arbitration and adjudication. He has worked on several projects throughout Europe and the Middle East, including power stations, data centers, roadway and transportation infrastructure and buildings (retail, residential towers, office and pharmaceutical laboratories).
Ian received a BEng in civil engineering and an MEng in port and coastal engineering from Stellenbosch University.
