As part of the HLS group, Frank has extensive experience in providing valuation services to integrated pharmaceutical companies, early stage biotech and medical device companies. Frank also has significant knowledge in business valuation, the valuation of intangible assets and the valuation of loan portfolios. He has performed business enterprise valuations for variety of strategic and transactional purposes, and for financial reporting and tax structuring purposes. Frank has determined the fair value of illiquid investments of private equity and hedge fund clients, and has worked with numerous joint ventures to determine the contribution of each party.
Frank received a B.S. in management from Boston College's Wallace E. Carroll School of Management with concentrations in finance and accounting.
