Caroline became CEO of Verus Analytics immediately following the company’s acquisition by Kroll in July 2020. She played an integral role in managing and growing the company and in leading it through the transition. Before being named CEO, Caroline served as General Counsel and COO, advising on company strategies and running the legal, compliance and risk management functions, including managing the performance of over 200 complex examinations of some of the largest companies in the U.S. She was instrumental in negotiating the terms of over 40 comprehensive agreements, resolving those examinations, which resulted in the return of over $12 billion.
Prior to Verus, Caroline has represented a wide variety of clients, including state pension funds and other institutional investors. She has served as an assistant district attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s office and is on the Fortune Society, Inc.’s board.
Caroline holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Fordham Law School.
