Angela leverages over 20 years of experience. She is responsible for overseeing all business operations. Before joining Kroll, Angela served as COO of a boutique class action administration firm in New York. While there, she was responsible for the oversight of all business operations, including finance, human capital, case administration and legal functions. Prior to that, Angela was the senior vice president of New York operations at a nationally recognized, leading claims administration services company. During her almost 12-year tenure there, she supervised some of the most historic class action, regulatory and bankruptcy administrations in the U.S. history.

Previously, Angela has also practiced bankruptcy law at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in their respective New York offices for over six combined years. Additionally, she served as a judicial law clerk for a bankruptcy judge in the Central District of California.

Angela is an active leader in the legal administration community and is frequently profiled in industry media such as Financier Worldwide, Dow Jones, New York Business Journal and Long Island Business Journal. She has authored numerous articles for publications, including The American Lawyer and The National Law Journal.

Angela received a bachelor’s degree from New York University. She also holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
