Andrew McAteer | M&A Advisory | Kroll

Andrew McAteer is a Vice President in the M&A Advisory practice, based in Boston. Andrew leverages over 8 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance.

Andrew joined Kroll in 2022 and specializes in executing M&A transactions and private placements as a member of the firm’s Business Services M&A practice. He has worked with private equity-sponsored and family-owned businesses across a range of industries, including human capital management, professional services and BPO services.

Prior to joining Kroll, Andrew was with G2 Capital Advisors (G2), a boutique middle-market investment bank, where he advised both privately held and public middle-market companies operating in a variety of industries, including business services, aerospace and defense, technology, industrials and energy.

Prior to G2, Andrew was with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, where he successfully transacted over $2 billion of new debt origination and refinancing, primarily for sponsor-backed businesses across a diverse set of industries.

Andrew holds a B.S. in finance from Northeastern University. He is a FINRA-registered representative, holding the FINRA Series 79, 82 and 63 licenses.
