Andres Trinidad is a director in the Portfolio Valuation, based in Nashville. He leverages more than ten years of financial and alternative asset experience related to business, asset and complex security valuations.

Andres specializes in advising a wide range of alternative asset managers, including hedge funds, private equity funds and business development companies on valuing their positions in loans, subordinated and mezzanine debt, convertible debt and common and preferred equity. He also has extensive experience in executing valuations of businesses and their underlying securities for tax, financial reporting and strategic planning purposes.

Prior to joining Kroll, Andres served as a senior associate at Appraisal Economics, Inc., where he was responsible for the valuation of businesses, business interests and intangible assets for tax compliance, financial reporting and various other requirements. His valuation expertise includes business enterprise, common and preferred equity, options, incentive-based awards and purchase price allocation.

Andres received a B.S. in finance from The College of New Jersey. He is also an accredited Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of both the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of New York.
