
Alexcia Ossei-Williams is a director in the Expert Services practice, based in London. She is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor leveraging more than 15 years of construction industry experience covering a broad range of industry sectors, including rail, highways, airports, tunnels, schools and residential buildings.
Alexcia specializes in the provision of quantum expert services and has assisted appointed experts in the preparation of expert reports on quantum for arbitration and litigation, as well as provided independent advice on matters relating to quantum.
Prior to joining Kroll, Alexcia was an associate director in the Forensic Expert Witness practice at Base Quantum Limited. Before that, Alexcia worked as a charted quantity surveyor on major infrastructure projects responsible for procurement and commercial delivery of contracts and packages.
Alexcia received a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in commercial management and quantity surveying from Loughborough University. She also holds an MSc in construction law and dispute resolution from King’s College London. She is also a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
