She leverages more than seven years of transfer pricing experience in assisting corporates in a wide range of industries with intangible property valuations, global transfer pricing planning and implementation analyses, transfer pricing analyses related to financial transactions, German and foreign transfer pricing documentation, controversy resolution involving transfer pricing matters and audit defense.

Su has extensive experience in performing transfer pricing valuation services and intellectual property migration analyses in connection with mergers and acquisitions and internal business restructurings. She works with clients across a wide range of sectors including information technology, automotive, materials, consumer products, manufacturing and financial services.

Prior to joining Kroll in 2021, Su served as Senior Associate at PwC Germany in the firm’s transfer pricing team based in the Frankfurt office, where she supported international corporates with their global transfer pricing issues.

She holds an LL.M. in finance from Goethe University and an LL.B. from Koc University in Istanbul. She is also an attorney at law and member of the Turkish Bar Association.
