Srishti Dubey

Srishti leverages more than 15 years of experience in tangible fixed asset valuation; assisting and managing range of valuation and financial advisory services including real estate valuation, plant and machinery valuation, fixed asset management for various purposes related to financial reporting (under IFRS, USGAAP, IGAAP , etc.), impairment, ARO , insurance, dispute, litigation, assurance services and strategic decision-making purposes for various clients in the Asia Pacific , Middle East , Europe and the U.S. regions.

Srishti has experience valuing assets in diverse industries including real estate, metals and mining, oil and gas, petrochemicals, manufacturing, energy, telecommunication, automobiles and parts, chemicals, electronic and electrical equipment, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, hospitality and leisure, construction.

Prior to joining Kroll, Srishti served as Senior Associate at EY India valuation practice. Before that, he worked as Assistant Manager at Bharti Realty. His overall responsibilities included tangible asset valuation, fixed asset management, construction advisory, estimation, budgeting and planning.

Srishti holds a master’s degree in construction management and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
