AT A GLANCE
Sarah has performed analyses in a broad range of industries and engagements, including evaluating the fairness of the consideration of equity in a new company, estimating the contingent liabilities associated with a major chemical manufacturer, considering the impact of accounting misstatements on a major grocery store chain’s share price, evaluating the solvency of a major payment systems retailer post-spin, assessing the economic damages associated with anticompetitive pricing practices, and determining the impact of fraud-on-the-market schemes to a company’s shareholders.
