Ross Jarvis

Ross leverages over nine years of experience in construction management, project advisory and delay analysis, supporting clients across a range of sectors including commercial, residential and healthcare.

Ross has assisted appointed independent experts in preparing expert reports and conducting forensic delay analysis for complex construction disputes, particularly in adjudication and conciliation proceedings. His expertise also includes developing project control processes and advising stakeholders on contractor performance and potential delay risks.

Prior to joining Kroll, Ross held construction management roles in both Ireland and South Africa, where he was responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale developments. His background includes managing temporary works, structural packages and high-end fit-outs, with a strong focus on aligning technical execution with stakeholder expectations.

Ross holds a Master of Engineering in port and coastal engineering from Stellenbosch University and is a member of the Institution of Engineers of Ireland.
