With more than 20 years of legal process outsourcing experience, Randy brings hands-on knowledge of legal software solutions, professional services, consultative sales and executive management, along with an extensive track record of concurrently growing top-line revenue and profit margins.
At Kroll, Randy is responsible for the strategy, execution, daily management and overall P&L performance of the class action, mass tort, regulatory remediation and government redress service lines. Since 2020 the Settlement Administration practice has grown both revenue and profitability exponentially under Randy's leadership.
Prior to joining Kroll, Randy was an executive at Epiq where he was responsible for global revenue generated by class action notice and administration, mass tort lien resolution, medical monitoring and consulting, data breach incident response, regulatory remediation and government redress.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Maryland and an MBA from Columbia University.
