Peter Rizzotti is Associate Managing Director and in charge of Customer Success for the Enterprise Security Risk Management practice, based in New Jersey. Peter leverages more than 20 years of experience helping companies achieve their goals through strong partnerships, operational excellence and exceptional customer experience.

Prior to joining Kroll, Peter served as the Global Head of Customer Success at Papaya Global, a global payroll company overseeing more than 600 clients. Before that, he held the title of Account Manager at Broadridge and previously worked as a Financial Consultant and as a trader at the New York Stock Exchange.

Peter has led numerous client-focused initiatives, understanding client goals, navigating complex challenges and ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing support. His expertise includes driving high retention, successful onboarding and long-term customer growth while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and high-value outcomes. He also brings a practical, people-first approach that prioritizes responsiveness, transparency and measurable customer success.

Peter holds a B.S./B.A. from West Virginia University. He also served as Co‑Founder and Co‑Chairman of the RK/TK Memorial Golf Tournament and a member of the TK Scholarship Fund, both registered 501(c)(3) charitable organizations.
