Paul Britton

Paul has more than 20 years of experience within the loan markets across both agency and trustee services, as well as participating as a lender/arranger within syndicated loans.

Paul has worked on a wide range of complex deal structures, restructurings, refinancings and amendments. He is a specialist in leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.

Prior to joining Kroll, Paul was Head of the Acquisition Finance Middle Office in Mizuho Bank, London, working alongside the originations and portfolio management teams for transactions for which Mizuho was acting as arranger and/or lender. Prior to that, Paul has worked for top-tier banks in various agency and trustee roles.

Paul has a bachelor’s degree from Abertay University.
