Mu-yen leverages over 15 years of experience, specializing in structuring and executing corporate actions in both international and domestic markets, with a focus on complex liability management transactions and debt restructurings.
Prior to joining Kroll, Mu-yen worked for Euroclear Bank, Société Générale and JPMorgan Chase.
Mu-yen graduated from the Louvain School of Management.
