Michelle Shek

Michelle became part of Kroll in 2025 following its acquisition of Madison Pacific. She joined Madison Pacific in 2022 as a Director and continues to lead the Singapore team.

Prior to joining Madison Pacific, Michelle had a varied legal career in England, France, Singapore and Australia spanning more than 25 years. She has held several senior in-house legal roles focused on trade finance and capital markets at ICBC Standard Bank and Macquarie Bank. Her corporate and capital markets experience spans Asia and Australia, where she was an Associate at Linklaters in Singapore and  Senior Associate at Ashurst, Sydney. In addition, she has worked at both ASX and SGX.

Michelle is a qualified solicitor in New South Wales, Australia. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales, Australia, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney.
