Matt Corkery

Matt Corkery is Managing Director in Kroll Economics, the firm’s global economic consulting practice, based in London. With over 30 years of experience across more than 40 countries, Matt advises investors, corporates, governments and policymakers on complex economic issues spanning infrastructure, energy, communications, transport, financial services, manufacturing, retail and real estate. His expertise includes economic impact analysis, macroeconomic and geopolitical scenario modelling, climate and trade assessments, policy and regulatory economics, and financial and risk modelling. He also advises on regulatory reform, market liberalisation and privatisation initiatives, including competition measures, pricing and efficiency analyses. In addition, Matt has extensive experience with regulatory impact assessments, market entry strategies and transaction-related due diligence, valuation and cost of capital analysis. Matt has provided expert testimony in select regulatory, policy and tax matters.

Prior to joining Kroll, Matt spent 15 years as Partner at EY, where he led the UK and global Kroll Economics practices, working extensively with investors, governments and the private sector. A strong advocate for technology and advanced analytics, he focuses on delivering rigorous, data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Matt also serves as a Non-Executive Director at A Studio, an award-winning architectural practice.
