Lisa Chan

Prior to joining Kroll, Lisa was in private practice at a UK law firm in Singapore, where she advised on a broad range of general commercial and corporate finance matters. Her experience includes domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, privatizations and corporate restructurings. She later moved in-house as legal counsel for a Hong Kong–based multinational conglomerate, where she worked closely with business operations and key stakeholders, supporting a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives.

Lisa is dual-qualified as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore and as an attorney admitted to the New York State Bar. She is also an accredited CEDR mediator, with a focus on corporate disputes. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen Mary University of London.
